By using mymanah.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies.
1. Acceptance

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products & Natural Variation

My Manah products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in colour, texture, or aroma can occur and are not defects.

Product images are for representation; minor differences may occur due to lighting and batch variation.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Errors
  • Prices are listed in ₹ (Indian Rupees) and may change without notice.
  • GST/taxes apply where required and are shown at checkout (as applicable).
  • If a pricing/stock error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund the paid amount.
4. Orders & Payments
  • Orders are confirmed after successful payment (unless COD is introduced later).
  • Payments are handled by secure third-party gateways; we do not store card/bank details.
  • We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or have incomplete details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Dispatch timeline: 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery timeline: typically 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Delays may happen due to courier operations, weather, or peak seasons.
  • Incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability may lead to Return-to-Origin (RTO). Reshipping charges apply.
6. Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation, email info@mymanah.in with your Order ID.

7. Returns & Refunds
  • Return/refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Eligible cases: damaged product, wrong product, leakage/spillage in transit.
  • No returns for opened/used personal-care items due to hygiene safety.
  • Natural variation (colour/scent/texture) and personal preferences are not defects.
  • Refund timeline (after approval): 5–7 business days to original payment method.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, notify within 24 hours for courier investigation (typically 4–7 business days).
8. Patch Test & Responsible Use

We recommend a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.

Our products are personal-care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding) belongs to My Manah unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

10. Disclaimers & Liability
  • Use products as directed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  • We are not liable for reactions due to undisclosed allergies, misuse, or improper storage after delivery.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.
11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
