Shipping & Cancellations

Dispatch, delivery, tracking, and clear cancellation rules.

This policy applies to all orders placed on mymanah.in.
1. Timelines
  • Dispatch: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery: usually 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations may take longer depending on courier coverage.

Delays can occur due to weather, peak seasons, courier constraints, or unforeseen disruptions.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Free-shipping offers, if any, will be announced during promotions.

3. Tracking

Once dispatched, we share tracking details via email/SMS (where available):

  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking ID
  • Tracking link (if supported)
4. Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

Couriers typically attempt delivery 1–3 times. If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable/unreachable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may return to origin (RTO). Reshipping charges apply to resend the parcel.

5. Damaged/Tampered Parcel

If the parcel appears torn, wet, opened, or tampered:

  • Do not accept the package and ask the courier to mark it as “Return to Origin”.
  • Email us within 48 hours with images/unboxing proof and your Order ID.
6. “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbours/security/building reception.
  • Notify us within 24 hours for courier investigation.
  • Investigation typically takes 4–7 business days.

Replacement/refund depends on courier confirmation.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
